2. Products & Print Quality

Each RaraRetro print is made to order and fulfilled by Printspace UK. We take great care to ensure print quality and accuracy, but please note:

  • Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

  • All prints are unframed unless otherwise specified.

  • Sizes listed are approximate; minor variations may occur due to trimming or format.

3. Shipping

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 5–7 business days of purchase.

  • All items are shipped directly from Printspace UK using reliable courier services.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on location and item size.

  • RaraRetro is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or adverse weather.

  • Buyers are responsible for any international customs duties or taxes.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please email hello@rararetro.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement print at no additional cost.

We respect your privacy and only collect personal data needed to process your order (e.g., name, email, address).
We do not share or sell your data.
